Rita
Rita was badly injured in a road traffic accident - otherwise referred to as an RTA, hence RITA - and had to be captured by one of our staff. As cats in pain are often quite difficult to handle nd can bite, this is often a tricky situation. However, all went well and Rita was rushed to the vets where she was quickly assessed and her crushed leg was amputated. Being young, she made a very speed recovery but, as re-homing could have been quite difficult, she has stayed with us and joined the retired cats.
She is now really agile and has even been spotted sunbathing on the roof of our big Wendy house.
